A worldwide audience.

This week I had the privilege of joining the Ocalicon conference from Ohio. Amazing to participate in something with a worldwide audience.

However, it does make me think about the parts of our world where understanding and diagnosis of autism just don’t exist.

It’s easy to forget how privileged we are to be able to share our thoughts with each other.

It puts into perspective the little ‘differences’ we have when we are actually all working towards the same positive outcomes?

I will blog more about the presentation I gave - Forgotten Futures, Exploring the Lives of Socially Isolated Autistic Adults - next week.

Were you part of any talks recently? Did you come across something that made you think?

Let me know here.
